b.     Customers—This part of the site is meant for Bank of Jerusalem customers only. Access is permitted only to customers of the Bank who have signed an agreement with the Bank pertaining to on-line banking services. Access is allowed by means of a personal identification number and a password that the Bank shall give the customer and shall be subject to the aforementioned terms and these Terms of Use.

2.   The site at large is available on an as-is basis. The data in publications that appear at the site, including those in a survey or analysis of specific securities or other financial instruments, are based on publicly available information and/or outside sources. They are not necessary accurate as of the date of real-time use of the site, and the Bank does not undertake to update this information. The Bank shall not be held liable for the accuracy and/or veracity and/or timeliness and/or integrity of these data, nor for their suitability to the user’s needs.

8.   The Bank advises that failures and/or delays at the site may occur from time to time and that the Bank disclaims liability for any delay whatsoever, any difficulty in use, any inaccuracy of information, any computer virus, or any flaw in this site, or any incompatibility between the site and the user’s software or files.
